Flexible Gear Couplings basically consist of two hubs with crowned external teeth and two outer sleeves with internal spur teeth. Standard full flexible gear coupling series TFG accommodates angular & parallel misalignments or a combination of both as well as axial misalignment (end float).

Crowned External Teeth Hubs & Internal Spur Teeth Sleeves

Flexible Gear Couplings basically consist of two hubs with crowned external teeth and two outer sleeves with internal spur teeth. Standard full flexible gear coupling series TFG accommodates angular & parallel misalignments or a combination of both as well as axial misalignment (end float).

Less Backlash & Compact Assembly: Precision tooth profile ensuring minimal backlash with compact physical dimensions.
High Power-to-Weight Ratio: Transmits tremendous torque while maintaining low weight and low mass moments of inertia.
Large Bore Capacities: Accommodates finish shaft bores up to 710 mm on larger transmission drives.
Thermal Resilience: Generally used up to 120°C; can be used for higher temperatures with specialized high-temperature grease or oil lubrication.
Easy Installation & Maintenance: Designed with robust end gaskets and clamping fasteners for quick on-site assembly.
